Pool update…

(update 5/21) The pool was uncovered on May 20 and the draining process followed. Scrubbing/cleaning of the floor continues. This will allow minor repairs to be completed; the pool will then be refilled. Additionally, a broken water line in the men’s restroom was repaired. We’ll post an opening date as soon as all the pre-opening work is completed. Thanks for your patience. 😊

Our HOA fee of $110 was due by March 31, 2025. If you have not yet paid or made special arrangements with the Board for payment, a late penalty will apply. Checks may be mailed to:

As per the Covenants/By-Laws, written dues notices/ letters were mailed to all Prairie Trace homeowners. The mailing included a handy magnet featuring all PTHA contact information. Please email PTHA if you did not receive this mailing.
