IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Earlier this summer we learned that someone painted a swastika on the driveway of one of the PTHA board members. This is sick — a horrendous act of vandalism and hatred. Please remember that board members work for all of us as dedicated volunteers. Show the Board your support and let’s communicate with each other. While we may have disagreements, we can agree that the hatred needs to stop and the healing needs to begin.

Our HOA fee of $110 was due by March 31, 2025. If you have not yet paid, pool access will be denied. Checks may be mailed to:

As per the Covenants/By-Laws, written dues notices/ letters were mailed to all Prairie Trace homeowners. The mailing included a handy magnet featuring all PTHA contact information. Please email PTHA if you did not receive this mailing.
